“ No one is born hating another person because of the colour of his skin, or his background or his religion. People learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than it’s opposite” – Nelson Mandela
Who is a leader?
The answer to this question is very simple. The leader is one who leads. One who takes responsibilities no matter what circumstances he will be facing around the clock of time. A good leader will always bring peace and harmony to his society and will be a focal point of inspiration.
When you see or listen to your leader, you find that he brings confidence and certainty to your present and future. The leader is like a mirror in which you want to see your own image.
As we look around, we find chaos everywhere. There is more disharmony and instability in every corner of the world. Did we choose the wrong leaders?
Even when surrounded by lions a herd of buffalo was able to scare them away. How was this possible? The leader had to initiate a shield of boundary that no Lion would dare cross and others would follow the same. Their determination and teamwork won the battle.
Human beings are far superior than any animal. But when you look at current situation, you happen to doubt that fact. Human being can see a danger approaching from very far and immediately start plan to avoid any consequences which might occur. That is the job for a leader. But when you see you don’t have a leader, what would you do?
” Never, never be afraid to do what’s right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake. Society’s punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way” – Martin Luther King.
Why should we look the other way. Let’s remember we have to give the life’s account to our Lord. On that day will you be able to look the other way?
What would you do if you needed a change? Become your own leader and bring the change. Why would your society breath and stay in a toxic environment created by an ingnorants? The mischievious behavior can only be brought by an unaccountable leadership. Each and everyone of us have responsibility for our actions and thoughts.
” You must be the change you wish to see in the world” – Gandhi
